Scope of Service Warranty:

  • Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for roofing services is 5 years from the date of completion.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Acts of Nature: Including storms, hail, earthquakes, high winds, or other natural disasters.
    • Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or alterations to the roof.
    • Third-Party Work: Any damage or defects caused by third-party contractors or work done outside the scope of the original agreement with RoofEx.
Conditions for Warranty:

To maintain the validity of the service warranty, you must ensure that the roof is regularly inspected and maintained. RoofEx recommends a professional inspection at least once a year, particularly after severe weather events, to ensure the longevity of your roof.

2. Product Guarantees

RoofEx uses high-quality, durable materials for all roofing projects, and we provide product guarantees to cover the materials installed on your roof. Our product guarantees are issued by the manufacturers of the roofing materials we use and may vary depending on the type of material.

Coverage:
  • Materials: RoofEx offers a 5 year product guarantee on materials such as shingles, tiles, underlayment, and flashing. This guarantee ensures that materials will be free from defects in materials or manufacturing for the duration of the specified period.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: The product guarantees are subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer. RoofEx will assist in the warranty claim process in the event that you need to make a claim related to the materials used.
Exclusions:
  • The product guarantee does not cover damage due to external factors like weather, improper installation (outside of RoofEx’s workmanship), or abuse of the roof system.
  • RoofEx’s Warranty on Installation still applies even if a manufacturer’s warranty is invalidated by third-party actions or misuse.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience issues covered by the warranty, we are here to help. Filing a warranty claim is a straightforward process, and we will assist you in addressing any issues promptly.

Steps to File a Warranty Claim:
  1. Contact RoofEx:
